Molcajete

A hot lava rock heaped with grilled seasoned steak, chicken, shrimp and chorizo with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and shredded cheese on top. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole and tortillas.
